Definitely not for someone who doesn't like the whole art-house game thing, but this is absolutely beautiful. Just enough weird, touching, and funny moments/dialogues/vignettes set to some great music, all represented with some very imaginative claymation art. Jack King-Spooner is a goddamn genius. There's some politics in there, but it's not enough that I would warn against it really. Just good. Not perfect, granted (the arcade was a bit of a strange addition, though I didn't find their inclusion as offensive as some others on here, and the audio in some sections is a bit too jarring), but good.. Crashed my entire computer 3 times.The art is nice but I can't reccomend a broken game.Especially in the arcade, that platformer game just does not work at all. It chronically misses player inputs and should've either been fixed or cut out entirely.. s weeeeeeird. Worth a look, but the narrative is the focus here, not the gameplay. Also if you're easily put off by surrealism, look elsewhere.. Very good and interesting game.. A perfect storm of art, philosophy, and game.. I don't know how to describe this game, but it's really good so far. It's completely unique and full of love.. Only about 30 min in and this game has moved me more than most. This might actually be my first steam review... this singular vision of art and sound is a work of art worth experiencing for the price!. This game is awesome. If you like art games, then Dujanah is a must-play. It's a story about a lot of things: death, the Middle East, video games, global warming, motherhood, etc. Unlike a lot of "weird" games, though, I think Dujanah actually tries to accomplish something meaningful with its bizarre imagery and dialogue. There are some clear messages that I won't spoil so you can interpret them for yourself. Of course, it's very light on gameplay, but if you're looking for a deep, poetic, funny, dark, sad interactive story, I couldn't recommend Dujanah enough.
